
History
Founded in 1459 by Rao Jodha, Mehrangarh is one of India's largest forts, rising 120 m above the Blue City on a sheer rock. Its palaces, courtyards and museum trace over five centuries of Marwar's royal history.

Sweeping views over the indigo old city, intricately carved palaces (Moti Mahal, Phool Mahal), a superb museum of arms, paintings and palanquins, and the Flying Fox zipline circuit.
